Soft wheat flour Italian type “0”, toasted soya 14%, toasted soft wheat bran, dextrose, acid dry wheat paste, salt, malt, gluten, flour treatment agent (L-ascorbic acid E300).
 


USE

Soia gritz is a mix to be used for the preparation of soya bread. Its formulation has been studied to obtain light, flavoursome bread with a crisp, golden crust.
Suitable for the preparation of dough with the straight dough method and short rising time.
