Wholemeal wheat flour, the product obtained directly from the grinding of soft wheat freed from foreign substances and impurities.

Complies with current Italian legislation and in particular with the law 04/07/1967 n. 580 and subsequent amendments.


CEREALS USED
Mixture of national and / or European and / or extra-European soft wheats.
USE

Ideal for the preparation of dough with long leavening and with processing in Poolish.

Excellent ability to absorb liquids and incorporate fats.
