USE

LA PIETRA DEL PIAVE INTEGRALE is a very versatile product, perfect for making different types of dough, using either a direct or indirect method.
You can get bread from the golden crust and regular flour, crispy and digestible pizzas and well-developed and soft pastry products.
Great results when used with yeast.
