Soft wheat flour obtained from grinding and consequently grain tender, free from foreign substances and impurities.

Mixture of national and European soft wheat.USE
• Extraction flour characterized by: no puncture, regular granulometry, good baking strength, ease of working both with the kneader and the kneading mixture, consistent but elastic mixtures.
• Indicated for the preparation of fresh dumplings and pasta and excellent for dusting the workbenches.
