PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Potato flakes 60%, starch, wheat flour, salt, egg yolk powder, skimmed milk powder, preservatives (sorbic acid E200, sodium metabisulphite E223), antioxidants (ascorbyl palmitate E304i), emulsifiers (acid sodium pyrophosphate E450, fatty acid mono-glycerides E471), acidity regulator (citric acid E330), natural flavouring.
USE
• Cold processing.
• The formulation has been studied to obtain tenacious, good texture gnocchi, excellent for the preparation of large quantities using automatic systems.
• Also suitable for freezing.
