PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Cereal flours 92% (soft wheat flour Italian type "0", durum wheat semolina, wholemeal spelt flour, kamut® khorasan wheat flour, rice flour, rye flour), buckwheat flour, flour treatment agent (L-ascorbic acid E300).
USE
This special formulation of spelt, Khorasan wheat and buckwheat mixed together with other cereals is naturally more rich in vitamins and mineral salts compared to other products.
Recommended for preparing dough with the straight dough method and short rising time.
