Product intended for professional use: Ghiaccia is a complete product for glazing sweets; it allows a considerable saving of time and guarantees a perfect glazing of the products.

INGRIDIENTS
Sugar, rice flour, kernels, modified starch, vegetable fats, glucose syrup, milk proteins, flavorings.


USE

1000 g of ice, 600 g of egg white: mix Ghiaccia with the egg white, adding it gradually until you get a dough with the desired consistency. Finally, spread on the product to be glazed and finish as desired.
