INGREDIENTS:
Soft wheat flour type "0", durum wheat semolina, soy flour, potato starch, wheat germ, malted wheat flour.
USE
Suitable for the preparation of dough with a semi-direct method and the maturation of the dough in the fridge at 2 - 4 °C for 24-48 hours.
This preparation can also be mixed 50% with a strong flour ("00" pizza plus). In this case, we recommend the maturation of the dough for 48-56 hours in the fridge at 2 - 4 °C.
