Doses for 8 people:
500g of maize flour
2 liters of water, 1 tablespoon of coarse salt.
Doses for 4 people:
250g of maize flour
1 liter of water, ½ tablespoon of coarse salt
Doses for 2 people:
3 glasses of water, 1 glass of cornmeal, 1 teaspoon of salt.
