PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Soft wheat flour obtained by grinding and consequent sifting of soft grains, freed from foreign substances and impurities.

Complies with current Italian legislation and in particular with the law 04/07/1967 n. 580 and subsequent amendments.


CEREALS USED
Mixture of national and / or European and / or extra-European soft wheats
USE

Suitable for the preparation of medium consistency mixtures, 50% hydrated with a short leavening method.

 

To be used to cut stronger flours.
